License

One production WooCommerce site per license. Source is GPLv2+; commercial activation via license key. One year of updates & email support included unless stated otherwise.

Delivery

Digital delivery (download + key) after successful payment via the payment provider shown at checkout.

Support

Email support for plugin usage during the support period. Custom development and third-party conflicts are out of scope unless agreed separately.

Liability

Unlimited for intent/gross negligence and personal injury. For slight negligence, only for breach of essential duties, limited to typical foreseeable damage — as far as German law allows.

Governing law

German law. Place of jurisdiction for merchants: provider’s seat.
